On-site registration rates:
- 3-day pass: €924 (tax included)
- 1-day pass: €451 (including tax)
- 3-day pass for attendees under 35: €363 (including tax)
- 1-day pass for attendees under 35: €176 (including tax)
10% VAT applies to all registration fees.
Wearing your badge is mandatory throughout the entire duration of the Congress within the Palais des Congrès. The delegate badge grants access to all scientific sessions, the poster area, and the exhibition.
Free luggage storage is available at the coat check during the same hours as the registration desk.

Conference attendees must arrange their own insurance coverage. The organizers cannot be held liable for any illness, accident, or theft suffered by participants or accompanying persons.
Participants are invited to visit the exhibition located in the Lille & Paris Hall, on Level 1 of the Palais des Congrès.
Opening Hours:
- Monday, October 12: 12:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, October 13: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 14: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided for the Opening Ceremony and the Congress Lectures.
Headphones will be available to participants at the entrance to the Marie Curie Theater (Opening Ceremony) and in Rooms 0.4 and 0.5 (Congress Lectures).
The following rooms do not have translation services:
Room 3.3 (Training Day), Room 2.3 (student career conferences), and the Agora (areas set up within the exhibition).
A catering area is available within the exhibition, offering a seated lunch each day, including a starter, main course, dessert, wine, water and coffee.
Lunches can be booked directly on site at the registration desk, subject to availability.
Lunch (price per person/day): €42 incl. VAT
The pre-screening room is in Room 2.1 on Level 2. It is open during reception hours.
All speakers are invited to come to this room to submit, review, or make corrections to their presentations no later than 2 hours before the start of their session.

Monday, October 12, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM – Welcome Cocktail: a friendly gathering at the heart of the exhibition, featuring entertainment and access to the catering area. Entry upon presentation of your badge.

Tuesday, October 13, starting at 7:30 p.m. – Gala evening at the Palais de la Bourse in Lille (40, Place du Théâtre, 59777 Lille).
Cocktails, dinner, entertainment, awards ceremony, and dance. Admission requires payment and presentation of a badgeGala evening price: €150 incl. tax
Gala Evening Price for those under 35 years: 60€ incl. tax

Wednesday, October 14, from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM – A welcome reception will take place in Room 0.5, Rue Basse, Level 0
A security check will be carried out at the entrance to Lille Grand Palais, Gate A, before the Congress reception area. Please be prepared to present your bags and/or suitcases for inspection and, whenever possible, use your hotel's luggage storage facilities.
Water refill stations will be available. Please remember to bring your reusable water bottle.
